#1 In 1970 a slick sleeve privates made $91. per month (lived on post, ate at mess hall - no BAS-BAQ payment). A private today makes about $1800. per month in base pay alone. Granted, that was a long time ago, but some perspective is required.

Every DoD Finance Office I had contact with literally bent over backwards to make sure Pay shortages were investigated and recovered by the Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine.

Pay-Day loans are legendary.

#3 Before I got married in 1966, I was GROSSING $98.40 a month as an E-2. After I got married, with BAS and Quarters, I grossed $185 a month. When I retired in 1991, I was drawing about $3800/month as an E-7. Most of the time my pay arrived in my bank as the right amount at the right time. Always kept a couple of thousand in the bank for when it didn't.

#6 The U.S Civil War of 2021 was started by the Democrats - so far it has been largely civil -
their policies have been and are designed to "incite civil unrest" and possibly open violence against lawfully elect members of government and the public;
their response would be to institute "Martial Law", thus END the Republic of the United States of America forever.
Given the Democrat Party is estimated to be ~30%~
Socialist Marxist Communists, you see the dilemma.
