OK I am not a USA (Insert Major Name) University Fan by any stretch of the imagination.

But any field of study can be used for Good or Bad.
eg. ITSEC White Hat vs. Black Hats, Law Degrees, Poli-sci and etc.

So should a educational facility be blamed for the misapplied use of education?

OF COURSE, WITH THE NOTED EXCEPTION
of the Uber-Liberal Left taught Social/Woke-CRT degrees that too many offer knowing it will result in increased Social and Civil unrest.

#5 The universities have enthusiastically chased CCP money and influence, to the point of actively protecting their people embedded among university researchers. On the administrative side they are no naifs unaware of the adder nestled in their bosom.
