#2 Twitter is a commercial company. They can choose who they allow on their 'property'. Of course Woolworths was also and who they allowed to sit at their lunch counter in Greesboro, NC was their business. (do I need to put a /sarc on that?)

#3 Twitter, FB, and Google should be regulated as common carriers. Just like the phone or electric companies. Stop all censoring and allow people to decide whom they hang up on.
