#1 I think it means that care givers should be prepared to take blows, pushed about, sexually assaulted and/or beaten severely when they try to treat the diverse.

We have seen the phenomenon in India, when doctors and nurses had to go with police protection into the muslim ghettos because they have all sorts of 'halal' questions and the like, and if they're not satisfied with your answers they'll attack you.

In the end, only muslim volunteers could be sent into the areas because they could talk their islam nonsense and convince them to take the f#cking thing.

#2 Just separate. If they want separate medical procedures, separate rules, separate laws, separate law enforcement, then they need to separate physically from the majority.
