#2 I think 'multiculturalism' was a product of think tanks paid by the Soddys to favour islam over indigenous cultures.

There are several such items, some paid for by other groups floating in the public lexicon now; like 'Abrahamic religions', 'islamophobia', 'Patriarchy', etcetera.
