#1 It would explain the, to many, unexpected actions of CJ Roberts.

Mr. Montgomery has to (1) be exactly who and what he says he is; and (2) have rock-solid evidence to back up his accusations.

Without these, the entire "HAMMER"("HAMR" decoded from DOD-eze) theory falls apart.
