#8 The Democrat leadership hates Trump because of his amazing successes, in foreign policy, in improving the lot of lower income people in this country, and in handling the covid problem, as opposed to their own abject failures in all these directions, such as endless wars, no movements toward peace, doing everything to push people onto welfare=poverty, damaging shutdowns etc.
The establishment opposes him because they have no particular influence on him and fear that, being more comfortable with bribe takers among the Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans. Snobs dislike his brash manners.

They were hell bent on removing Trump because of the success of Trumpism.

Literally everything they said about Trump is true of their own side and its behavior.

They obviously have no problems at all with presidential influence peddling, or sleeping with Chinese spies, or trashing the Constitution, or using violence and intimidation, or creating chaos, or ballot fraud, or packing the court, or electing a mentally incompetent man to be president.

They don't hate Trump; they hate you and me.,
