#4 If he read the FBI findings he would know that "assault" weapons and high-capacity magazines are very seldom used in crimes. Slick Willy"s ban did nothing because they aren't used.

#6 Now the big question is what the definition of assault rifle is and what do they mean by high capacity
Last time I checked most shotguns and a lot of sporting rifles would fall under the definition
I think they are trying to not only ban firearms it also ban hunting
