#8 I never felt comfortable on business trips to Louisville. Even the street layouts were awkward. A person I chat with a lot lives there and explained the current dynamics to me. Since mid-term Obama street and Mexican gangs have controlled most of the poorer areas of the town. This implies that no real efforts were made to go after gangs. Now it's a bit hard to do. This person figures you would need to eliminate 7 gangs.
