Does he seriously want their record brought up during the race -- literally hundreds of boys railroaded, with nearly as many successful lawsuits or settlements paid out by the colleges to those plaintiffs who were screwed by these insane star chambers?

#10 Sexual assault is a crime to be handled by the local DA. The problem for the bigoted intolerant academic community is that it calls for due process (you know the kind they insist for Biden). If you want to hold all of white America responsible for slavery they ended over a hundred and fifty years ago, let's hold all of academia responsible for clear violations of basic civil rights today.

#11 To progressives, the problem with using the DA is that too often, the accused "gets away" with whatever he has been accused of. The advantage of the kangaroo courts is that all it takes is the words of some disgruntled coed to convict the guy.
