#1 Not clear that anyone's up to this challenge but Biden most certainly is a disastrous pick.

He's hidden from view because the poor man can't even read a TelePrompTer, for Plugz' sake. Obviously not up to this hellaciously difficult job.

I would not be at all surprised if the DNC were to persuade Gov. Cuomo to step up and take Joe's place in the next three months.

Cuomo is, aside from Trump, the only calm, sensible, independent-minded and flexible leader we've seen.

#3 I would say what it changes is Trump's opponent, from Biden to Cuomo, and actually turns the race against Trump.
