#5 The vile, disgusting, outrageous slanders committed on the Senate floor last autumn against Judge Kavanaugh certainly called for physical measures - a horsewhipping would have been my preferred mode of correcting the slanderers

#10 I don't know, if they riot bad enough, they can be culled when they once again overplay their hand and try to turn riots into a revolt.

Normal sane people can hope the war to the knife with the democrats doesn't come, but they should be prepared for it. I really no longer see any path for this to end without ending in blood shed. I'd rather pay the price now than let my kids face it.

The result for the court is the same, whichever one President Trump replaces first. But for Breyer the hysteria will be less.
