#3 I understand that the Blue Angels are as good as they are because they practice, practice, practice.

What I don't understand is how they live long enough to get that good.

#4 I remember when 'unit cohesion' drove them into a hillside. I wondered then, as I do now, why they aren't practicing aerial tactics in the aggressor squadron or at Miramar.

#5 Re: Skid: Most of them have had prior TopGun Training or Instructor time there; not some diversity posting. And part of that training involves following the leader; I think you are thinking of the T-Birds some years back.
