#1 ...The good news is that the nice folks at EON Productions, Bond's commercial guardians, are yanking your chains. At the end of Spectre, James Bond retired and went to hang out someplace with his main squeeze. There still has to be a 007, however, and Ms. Lynch is playing the agent who got that job - she's not going to be playing James Bond in BOND 26 (sometime in the next six to eight years, the way things have been going).

I suspect in the actual movie she'll get a spectacular death scene somewhere, James Bond will be 007 again at the end of it, and somebody with a tallywhacker will be James Bond in the next movie - I don't think EON's dumb enough to kill one of Hollywood's all time cash cows.

At any rate, I haven't seen any of the more recent Bond movies, i mean, how many different ways can one 'take over the world'? Most likely I won't be seeing this one either.

#10 ..some fails are tax write offs for the biz. Shut down that (hey, I thought the Donks were for more taxes on the wealthy) gambit and a lot of 'vanity' pics will disappear like the dinosaurs, relegated to artsy regional film festivals.

...As it turns out, the son of the original Ghostbusters director has a new one coming out next summer - the teaser trailer is amazing, the entire cast is back, and there do not seem to be any woke sentiments in sight.
