#4 One of my accounting professors used to have a realty company. He said when they started, they would follow all the legal was to deal with squatters which was expensive and time consuming and they'd always cause a lot of damage before leaving.

Fed up, he discovered the best way was Hired Goons. If he showed up with a pair of lumbering teamsters and just told them "Get out....now." They left with no fuss and no trouble. Way cheaper.

#6 If one claims a different sovereignty that doesn't mean you are immune to laws, that means you can appeal to that other sovereignty for help when you break laws. Since their other sovereignty is fictional a disreputable nation could literally do anything they wanted to these fools until with no legitimate government to complain about it.
