#4 Surely any jeweler with engraving ability can handle that kind of thing — just a matter of going through the yellow pages and asking until one says yes.

#5 A jeweler's engraving machine may not be able to handle heat treated steel.

At my new job, they have an engraving machine, so if you can find a machine shop with one, they could help.
