#1 Start revoking visas and deport them, and / or start beating the crap out of captured Iranian bigwigs until we get names.

I wonder if / how badly Obama's State Dept. gave preferential treatment & visas to Iranian 'refugees' - there's where you start.

#3 Oh, I remember the first student wave of displaced Persians during the Shah's crackdown in the early '70s before the collapse of his reign. The State department paid their tuition, housing and gave them a stipend for incidentals. They started out in the general pop, but to get them to graduate the University created a cultural acclimation program.
