Question 2) to Mueller: Do You Intend To Investigate Barack Obama and Jeh Johnson for attempting to interfere with the election which we have far more evidence on than some so called Russian conspiracy. (By the way, Jeh will now testify supporting a Russian conspiracy in the coming days. Time to put him and Obama under scrutiny instead).

#12 BTW - I believe the term 'prosecutor's discretion' is done daily by attorney generals and district attorneys across the country. Might want to add, Obama and the dropping of the 'pay for play' investigation of former governor Bill Richardson (D-NM) shortly after the election in which the gov supported Obama.
