#2 I dunno. Seems as though the plaintiffs might have some good arguments for breach of contract and fraud.

Depends on how the rules are stated. I know as an auditor that the main thing is for the organization to live up to its own rules, otherwise they get wacked.

Question is who gets to determine the wacking.

#4 It is their primary, they can rig it if they choose.

However, it does need to be plainly stated that the rigging is taking place. I believe they have by publishing the rules about superdelegates.

This point that they rig it needs to be driven home again and again to the plebs.
