The process is far too lengthy. Dispatch a battalion of Infantry. Less the Director and his personal staff, order everyone in the grades of GG-14 and higher to leave their desks, go home, and begin the resignation or early retirement process. Update the access roster and order Chinese carry-out.

Day #2 should show significant improvement.
