#4 Might depend on where the lamp post is and for whom the rope is intended. Rantburg seems rightly very conscientious about that sort of thing. But I still think if the offending accounts, web sites, tweets or whatever come from a foreign country our government would be within its sovereign rights to block said tweet or, in the case of countries like Syria, to block the whole frickin' country. And if they come from this country the FBI might wanna look into it.

And as long as you've got me started I'd block all of China just because they're such prolific hackers.
