#2 First, documents sent to and from Susan Rice and other top State Department officials were withheld from the House Select Committee on Benghazi under exemptions for classified material.

Now they claim that the exact same documents were not classified ?

Judicial Watch claims that at least two documents they received as a result of their FOIA lawsuit were classified "before" they were wiped from Hillary Clinton's e-mail server.

Former State Department officials estimate that more than 50 percent of what the secretary of state dealt with was classified.
