#1 that women's potential still is not fully utilized in this country

I like much of what I've heard from Carly but am also very skeptical. This is an example of a warning bell.

Who does she think determines whether or not "full potential" is realized? Isn't that up to the individual?

Where are all these obstacles that women have to overcome other than in their own minds? I would love to hear a politician talk about personal accomplishments and responsibilities of individuals. Groupists (sic) are virtually always statists at some level.

#2 "full potential" = taking full responsibilities for one's choices, bear equal consequences for one's actions, and carrying an equal burden in the defense of the community.
