#2 How about asking immigrants, blacks from the Caribbean or Africa, or Indians as in Jindel's point of origin to talk about comparative racism as outsiders looking in from the world versus those insiders who have no point of context of what its like in the rest of the world. Do not demand perfection of others if you so lack any degree of perfection yourself.
