#2 Ginsberg ruled against it say essentially....'worker accessed benefits from both states, therefore he/she should PAY in both states.'

Something wrong with this lady, can't put my finger on it, but there's definately something wrong.

#4 Maryland isn't a commonwealth. VA, MA, PA, and KY are.

#6 What would happen if the total Fed plus two states plus counties plus cities exceeded 100%? What if you had income from four states who all claimed full tax on all the income? It could happen...
