#2 Seems to me that in Iraq and Afghanistan, the ROEs for US troops being fired upon from mosques were so restrictive, the jihadis knew they were perfectly safe there. Since the Egyptian troops are Muslims themselves, they are under no such BS rules.

#4 I don't know what all the fuss is about. Egypt ripped apart? I think not. This is what needs to happen. Chop the MB fighters into bits and the rest will settle down. Keep an eye on what goes on in the ~~Islamic armories~~ and do the same to a few of the radical imams and things will settle down further. Heck, maybe even offer a reward for recordings of any radical speeches given in the mosques and that will help, too. Hard measures for hard boyz.
