The administration accepts the Russian FSB arrest and ouster of Mr. Ryan Fogle, an official cover CIA operative in Moscow, along with the outing of the identify of the Moscow Chief of Station with scarcely a whimper or public comment. What could possibly be so damaging about the identities of Benghazi survivors ?
