Statistically-speaking, that means we're probably safe for quite a while, since a similar asteroid hit just over 100 years ago.

Statistically speaking, huh? That's so ignorantly wrong it makes my head hurt to think about it. I just hope they used better math to calculate the orbital elements.

#4 The Xi people are quite sensitive about things falling from the sky, and we should be as well. I hope it misses entirely. Small bits of it could become items of worship and we know where that leads.
