#7 This is very probable, spray a small ammount of 03 into the atmosphere and it will rain (the Russians did the same with Cherynobyl before it hit Moscow) If any of you have the time it would be worth looking at weather patterns of the neighbouring Mediterrean countries.

I know this sounds excentric, but it is possible to make it rain the heavens. If you find data concluding that it rains before Iran then it would be worth taking a look at flight plans and comparing the data.
