#1 Muslims who gathered for prayer to celebrate the end of Ramadan in a city park found bacon scattered on the ground

How do they know it was done intentionally and a hate crime? People eat and have picnics in parks. Why not celebrate Eid al-Fitr in a mosque or hall? I suppose if someone didn't clean up after their dog, this would become a hate crime.
