#2 The IED's are mostly made with fertilizer. Best of luck stopping that.

#3 There is very, very little NOT known about where the Ammonium Nitrite (ANFO) is manufactured in Pakistan. Also well known are the types of bags and markings, origins, shippers, percentage of actual agricultural use... and to what agri locations. The smuggling routes are also known. Unfortunately, there is very, very little done about any of it.
