#1 I like that angle. These birds and their parent company thought they were being crafty in creating muddied ownership of this stuff, but it is now coming back to bite them in the rear end.

That is why businessmen are always warned to never, ever, co-mingle business and personal bank accounts.

Bottom line: if you own 1% of a car and get a judgment against you, whoever owns the other 99% could lose it to them as well.

#3 IANAL - but wouldn't this transfer of copyright ownership interests serve to totally block anyone else from enforcing those rights without the express consent of whoever winds up owning Righthaven's share?
