#1 Yokay, but TEPCO + Tokyo can't cap or shut the Fukushima plant down until after the meltdowns + radiation is controlled, + back at safe levels for human activity - at last check, as of this weekend Fukush #1, #3 NucReax are repor at high risk of going boom = blowing up.
