#2 I see it fine. You probably need Adobe Flash Player. It's a legitimate app.

#3 I can't see it either - security issue. Flash sometimes insists on using its hidden cookies that I have disabled on this machine. Seems to be controlled by the site setup - Most Flash videos I can view just fine, some, like this, the little wheel just spins for ever - one site gave me an error message about not being able to access a "required resource".
