#2 Sounds like a misunderstanding. From the name, Carrot Sun Cream, this is an organic hippie product. Cocaine is used in homeopathic medicine as an analgesic and is, no doubt, used here as an ingredient to relieve the pain of sunburn. Yes, the dosage does seem a little high, but isn't that a judgment call?
