#2 Because nobody stands up to it publically or if they do they get shat on. But this has been going on for a while now, the first real public indicator was when No Doubt got harassed for their concert. Ironic, the writer/singer of Just a Girl submitting for some stupid concert then not making a fuss.

Most boys outgrow cooties at 10..but perhaps encouraged to wed 8 years olds must make the old man reminise.
