#1 Chihuahua is on the border of the United States. So:

1) Why would narcos be raiding police arsenals if they are able to get these weapons from the US per the Hussein Obama admin.
2) More fire power to deal with US Border Patrol.
3) More fire power to maintain control of the no-go badlands of the US side of the border.
4) More bullets will be flying with battles between the Zetas and their rival gangs along the border.

What is Big Zero gonna do? Keep on snorting white lines, I suppose.
