I'd say that sums it up for US/India relations. I'm sure Hillary will really smooth things over by pushing the Obama global socialist agenda on them.
I wonder if the administration is surprised that India doesn't view GW through the same lens as their liberal utopianite supporters.

#2 India is emerging as an invaluable ally. The USA MUST cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship with India to counteract the Pakis and the Chinese. Indians have a large deep water Navy and are quite skilled sailors. Their history of Democracy further underscores their importance in that part of the world.

#4 One of Obama's first foreign policy actions was to back off of the Bush administration's unprecedented cultivation of India as a working partner. As with most of his knee jerk reactions, the real word effects of Obama's ideology are forcing him to walk that back a bit. Specifically, the Chinese support for the NORK attack on the SORK ship.
