#3 is rather about the credibility of this Administration.

No matter if you are the local gang leader, a Chicago ward boss, or President For Life wanna-be, a necessary requirement for a successful thugocracy is that your 'subjects' and enemies fear and respect your power to punish and reward.
Without that, you have no influence. Without influence, you become irrelevant at best; at worst, an object of ridicule.

#4 Who, may I ask, is the Administration trying to maintain credibility with? Judging by 0bama's petulent treatment of Netanyahu, it's certainly not the Israelis, that's for sure.

#6 I went back to the comment thread below the article at Politico. About half of the posts were along the lines I wrote above. President Obama seems to have tapped the mother lode with this one.

#7 Perhaps 'one U.S. official' should be informed that the credibility of this administration is already in tatters. This uproar over Jerusalem is just a tired and predictable side-effect of Obama's reactionary policies.

Way, way too late to do that. "President" Obumble's administration's credibility disappeared about 90 days after he was sworn in. The only way Obumble could reap ANY "credibility" would be to resign immediately.
