Heroin is a huge problem in Russia. Proportionally somewhere between 10 and 100 times bigger than in Europe and the USA.

#6 Well, somebody's making money on all that heroin. It just makes me wonder if the Taliban has the market cornered or if there are other players. Hmmmm. Mad Mullahs? Paks? Soddies? CIA? KGB? They're all there in the same neighborhood. And how much money is it? If you think like a cop and suspect everybody it raises all kinds of questions. Or maybe I'm just paranoid.
