#6 Hamhung is at about 40degrees N Latitude about the same as Atlantic City and I noticed from the article they have a 'boardwalk'.

Bet the Hamhung Hard Rock Cafe is really rockin at night. Maybe let the Donald know about this opportunity.

#7 Hey guys, be fair. The photo looks 'dated' and has the same lithographic color hues as a postcard from the 60s.

You mean this one? The Ryugyong Hotel in Pyongyang, construction began in '87 and ceased in '92. It sits in the middle of the city, unfinished.
