#7 by 2050? That's ...ummm... forty-one years from now, plenty of time to change the targets or forget about them altogether. I think it's a bloody marvelous idea the G8 leaders spend their time and our money negotiating such candy floss instead of agreeing to things that will actually impact anything in the near future.
