#5 Thank Jimmy Carter for this - his meddling kept Clinton (of all people) from slamming the door shut, and saddled Bush (who didn't have the guts to clean out state of the mutineers and implement his own policies) with this state-dept led farce. Its now dead weight for the vanglorious narcissist Obama who, seeing no personal glory, will simply let State do whatever they want (which is let the farce go on forever or until Kimmie detonates a nuke over Seoul or Honolulu or Tokyo).
