#2 When the Big O backed down on shooting down Kimmie's missile that flew over Japan, Kimmie realized that he now has the upper hand. Once again the Big O has lost the initiative and made our enemy's position stronger.

Multiply this little setback by a bunch more similar issues all over the world, and you can see we are in trouble.
