#7 Don't flatter yourself, Nawie baby. Hate to break it to you, but your country doesn't have "colony" potential. You need to be able to produce something valuable to be a colony.

But on the other hand, you might be of service as a toxic waste dump. Looks like your country has extensive experience in relevant areas for that line of work.
