#3 Why would Chinese duplicity surprise anyone? If they sell to both sides, they win no matter which side wins. Plus, they get hard currency and can sell off old stock, thereby revitalize and extending the lifespan of their warstocks. And considering the widely held racial view of the Chinese, there is nobody in Darfur that they need be concerned about. #4 The u.n. would rather go after Davis or Pheonix arms in the states than Norinco. China just flat out tells them to take a flying leap. For some reason, we tollerate shit like that from them though. Dont know why.
