I thought the name of the mountain was Ararat, not araFat.
Was it renamed?

Mount Ararat is near border between Turkey and Armenia. A photo of it allows unmasking a sovizet spyin movie "The snake" starring Henry Fonda and Yul Brinnzer

Mount Arafat is near Mecca and pilgrims must run to it after having thrown stones (symbolizing stoning of the devil).

Uhhh ... does this sort of explain the annual Hajj stampede with its usual compliment of about 500-1,000 dead?
