#1 Gave it all they got and failed. Still counting on the West to keep one hand tied behind its back. We aren't even really fighting yet.

I really think that the Lyins of Islam really believe their own hype about the fact that we can't stomach a war. They just don't grasp that it is patience and goodness towards their innocents that prevents a slaughter. It's more that we know what we ARE capable of and don't want to unleash it unless we are forced to.

The meter on my own personal patience tank is getting a bit low. And I suspect I'm a pretty good bellweather for the average American. Can't speak for the Israelis, but I'd imagine that ol' Sharon just picked up some extra political clout.

#2 And if there are any of you moderate Muslims reading rantburg... I know that you exist ... you all better speak up quick. Don't believe the garbage put out by our press. The average Westerner is not represented by them, as that 403 - 3 vote should have made PERFECTLY clear. The time for talk is winding down.

#3 If the Lebanese want to have anything left of their country they need to get this under control soon. Both the Syrians and the Israelis have shown they have no qualms about fighting each other on Lebanese territory.

#4 Wasn't this picked up yesterday that Sharon held an emergency meeting on Sunday with his military men over this very attack/issue? Why, it's almost Rovian in it's implementation! I, for one, simply love it when a plan comes together, bwahahahaha!

#5 The failed attempt by the Hizbullah was all part of a Jooooooooooish plot. The Jooooooooos infiltrated the Hizbullah planning team and that's why it failed. It's the Joooooooos fault.
