#1 Actually, I think having the UN in Jerusalem is a splendid idea, but not for the same reasons. My second choice would be Mogadishu.

Better yet Dafar, or maybe Gaza. Nah we can't do that. All the UN diplocraps would lose their access to 5 star resteruants and Broadway shows.
