#1 Al-Qaeda is re-arming through the "Tribal Territories" of Pakistan, with the complicity of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency. If Bush had made an alliance with India, the entire sub-continent would now be a shooting gallery, with the Islamists as the targets.
